I love the product. It is beautiful in my home and was bought at a reasonable price. My issue comes with the installation. My request for installation went through five installers. The first four could not handle the job as the ladders were not tall enough. I would like to suggest that your operators document as much information as possible so that the contractors can pick the jobs more efficiently. When they pick a job and they cannot perform it. It cost more time on the customers and to reschedule and that is not good.
